You retain visibility of all your serial numbers, tracking numbers and available gear, and you tell us where you want everything to go, and with which applications and configurations.

If you'd like, we'll also coordinate a remote "welcome" session with your new hires, orienting them on their new laptops, ensuring they can connect securely, and answering any first-week "how do I" questions about your various applications. It's as high touch or white-glove as you decide to make it.
