Pickup Hours

 

  • Mon-Fri (excluding holidays)

  • 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM PST

  • 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM PST

 

 

Scheduling

 

  • Please notify us at least one full business day in advance to reserve your pickup time.

Identification

​

  • Bring one form of valid photo ID for authentication at pickup.

​

Arrival & Pickup Process

 

  • If you are not planning to park, let us know in advance and we will meet you in the alley.

  • The alley is located at the corner of Tehama St and 2nd St, just down from our office (between Howard and Folsom) in San Francisco.

  • When you arrive, call us at (415) 684-1176.
