You'll be joining one of the oldest and most established tech consulting firms in the area, (and the highest ranked Mac consultancy in the San Francisco Bay area) and enjoy a fantastic team of people with an amazing, diverse client base. We help over 300 businesses every year, representing thousands of people. If selected to join us, you'll be exposed to tremendous variety and interesting technical challenges.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of work experience supporting macOS in any environment
Strong communication, time management, and people skills.
Excellent technical writing skills
Must be able to communicate equally well to clients of varying technical ability
Experience managing macOS / iOS devices with tools like JAMF Pro.
Experience setting up and maintaining firewalls, routers, and access points.
Account management using tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Ability to walk, bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties of connecting computer and networking equipment.
Experience and strong troubleshooting skills for computer configurations, printers, and connected devices.
Ability to provide general networking and server support.
Ability to provide general AV support on products such as Google Meet or Zoom.
Responsibilities:
Help clients on-board and off-board team members
Setup and maintain macOS devices and the services that support those devices
Help clients in person, over the phone, or remotely.
Assist other consultants complete project work and maintenance for clients
Document client infrastructure and best practices for other team members.
Research new solutions for future client work
Continually surprise clients and coworkers with outstanding support.
Use a ticketing system to document work and alert clients of tasks and projects.
Limited travel outside the area may be required. For meetings in the Bay Area, access to an automobile is essential.
Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot antivirus, backup, and monitoring software clients.
Communicate and apply industry best practices.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of MDM providers
Scripting knowledge
Virtualization of services in AWS or Google Cloud.
VOIP Phone experience such as RingCentral, Switchvox, or other PBX's.
Our office is in SOMA, 5 minutes from BART and most MUNI lines, but we haven't been there in quite some time.
