Your organization uses Microsoft Intune for device configuration.

 

Upon turning on your device, you will be presented with our “Mann” service account, as we have prepared your device prior to shipping.

To create your user account on the replacement device, please follow the steps below from the user login screen:

​

1. Connect to a local network by clicking on the wifi symbol in the lower-right corner of the login screen.

2. Once connected to the network, click “Other User” in the lower-left corner of the login screen.

3. Enter your work Microsoft credentials to create your user account on the device.
