We believe tracking your computer requests should be as easy as tracking a FedEx package, so we've set up a customized online support tracking system for our contract clients. Everyone in your organization can log in and see the status of their support requests. We'll work with you to prioritize the list so the right people get the right amount of attention in a timely manner.
