    Welcome to Mann Consulting’s blog.

    We wrote this for two audiences: IT people who aren’t “feeling the love” from the people they’re supposed to be helping.

    And the people that aren’t “feeling the love” for the IT people that are frustrating them so much.  We know how hard IT managers work, and how tough it is to get respect, understanding, reasonable deadlines, and appreciation. And we know how much they also alienate the people they’re SUPPOSED to be helping.
